Absolutely satisfied with Wheaton. Needed a warranty replacement on a battery done asap due to medical appointments for elderly mother post surgery. Linda was able to fit me in for the job the next day and I was able to use my car for the appointments. That was a huge favor for us and I very much appreciate the service at Wheaton Chev! Best dealer service I could imagine. The salesman Brock Holland worked for me for almost a year. Sales manager Brett was able to put together a deal that worked great for me. I was picked up at the ferry and communication was great. 10/10. Everything with the car was fully disclosed and My expectations were exceeded. Would gladly do business here again and travel from Alberta, hoping to get my C8Z from here in the future.

As with many other reviews, this business fell short once payment was received. Salesman was polite and attentive, overall first impression was good. Not surprising as I made the call and paid full asking price without haggling just knew what I wanted and wanted it shipped up to my location. Only real questions/concerns being they wouldn’t take visa for a large deposit and how long would it take to ship. I was told wire transfer only and that it would be up here that day or the next after payment as it is a long way. Well that was over two weeks ago and I still have no car. Apparently “it’s out of their control” is the total of their involvement once the vehicle leaves the premises. What was in their control was to hire a company that could ship as they said it would and also to keep the communications open. Both failed miserably. I have been patient but that is getting me nowhere. Sadly disappointed at this business’s efforts after the sale has gone through.

Always great service at the Wheaton dealership. Tyson Henderson went above and beyond his duties to make sure I wasn't left stranded when my battery died. He could sense the urgency when we were on the phone and understood that my vehicle is my main tool for my business and had me all sorted and in a great rental vehicle within the hour. My vehicle was serviced, washed and returned by the early afternoon today.
