Hello, Talk about great Customer Service. The Glenoak Ford dealership downtown has the best of the best staff working for them. In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Dan in the Parts department. I called asking about a trickle charge for my Thunderbird and not only did he source the part, he got it sent to him and when I went to pick it up, he put it together for me so I could use it via the lighter plugins as oppose to the battery. Peter was very helpful in finding the perfect truck for me. The service I received from the Glenoak Ford Downtown in Victoria has been a very nice experience and I will definitely be taking my truck there for regular servicing and maintenance. This was my first time buying a used vehicle at a dealership and I’m happy to say the experience was way better compared to when I bought my other car brand new at another dealership. Huge thank you to these guys! I dropped my ring into the steering column today and I went there for help. They had me in almost right away, tore apart the steering column and found it.
