Always such lovely and helpful people! I was in today with Pam and left with a big smile - even after having to pay my car insurance. :)

I have been trying to renew my car insurance for 4 days now. All phones are busy..busy...busy.... when I call. So I tried e-mail and I got no reply there either so I suppose they don't want to help me. I will go to Nanaimo and do my business up there I suppose.....So much for doing business locally...

Best insurance broker around, would not go anywhere else! They really take care of their customers here!

I bought a new motorcycle at Ladysmith Motorsports, and went into the Ladysmith branch to transfer my plate and insurance. They did the work, but did not return my registration from my old bike. I sold the old bike in Nanaimo, and was forced to pay for mew registration in order to transfer ownership of the old bike. The Ladysmith store refused to compensate my for the 20.00 cash outlay for new regi. Not impressed. Will be letting the bike shop know about it.
