Mertin Nissan

Been looking around for a very long time and have dealt with a lot of sale reps. Wanted everything on my list at the best price possible. When I was in Mertins Nissan I met Jim and he did what every other sale rep couldn't accomplish, he listened to what my wish list was and not try and sell me everything else. Purchased a 2017 Murano Platinum and love it. The service was amazing and Jim (sales) and the service department (Rick and the crew) did what was necessary to make things right. A used car always brings a few surprises and Mertin Nissan answered all the questions and took care of things. Great work!

I actually didn't buy a vehicle from Mertin Nissan this time (I have in the past) but I have to give a shout out to sales pro Carla who worked very hard over a few weeks to earn my business. Late model small pickups (like a Frontier or similar) are in high demand right now. She worked with me, not only with local inventory and alternatives but sought out options regionally and beyond. I have been to Nissan in Chilliwack several times now, and the service has always been exemplary! I was hesitant to purchase from a dealership as I had a few bad experiences in the past, but that most certainly wasn't the case with Mertin Nissan. I have bought 2 cars now from there, and had the same sales person each time, Jim. He went above and beyond both times, to ensure he knew exactly what I was looking for while keeping in within my price range. It took a few test drives but he was patient, friendly, and always determined to find me exactly what I was looking for. He was also incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicle itself and even taught me how to use all the features of my new vehicle (thank god, because I am not tech savvy ;) Really great service! I recently send my friend to Jim when she was looking for a new vehicle. She was absolutely ecstatic that she got exactly what she was looking for and also found the service fantastic!
