We had problems with our car while travelling and stopped at Merlin. They fit us into their busy schedule and had us back on the road after a couple of hours. A larger repair and delays averted. Prompt, friendly and competent.

Communication from this company is atrocious. Buy a car there and after they have your money good luck ever getting any resolve on an issue you have. Would never buy a car from this company again. I thought building relationships with customers was the backbone of any company but guess with this company, customers don't mean anything after they have your money.

I have just purchased my fourth vehicle from Mertin Auto Group, three Chevrolet products and most recently a Hyundai. I cannot say enough about the staff and service I receive from all Mertin staff and the attention to detail is always superb.

The service department here is top notch!! Always friendly greetings on the phone & in person. Several staff members available to get your vehicle issues handled in a timely manner. I appreciate the full confirmation of the repair details prior & post job. Nice clean reception area. Snack & drinks available, oh and free apples everytime I've been here. Excellent place to do business.
