Mertin Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac

Just picked up a new GMC Sierra Denali and I am very happy with the experience. Tim in sales and Jody in the business office were great to deal with. Very efficient and quick. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. The auto sales business is tainted with a bad reputation but Mertin is first class. Thank you, and I love the truck.

Had a great experience with Mertin! I had an issue with the replacement engine their shop had put in last month. It turned out to be a non-issue, but Jarred and the rest of the team diagnosed and test drove the vehicle at no charge to ensure everything was in working order. I am very pleased with the level of service with Mertin and will be bringing my vehicle back there in the future. Thanks.

The first few times here were smooth and the people were friendly but recently, not impressed. When they last phoned me and I answered, I heard one of the reception personnel saying some things about me not answering the phone to another coworker before she realized I had picked up. Also, they added weights to our brand new tires after us repeatedly telling them to not do this. The tires were brand new. So now we have to wait the whole weekend for a mistake they made because no one seems to have any urgency there to fix mistakes.

Returned my lease vehicle and Tim Wilkins was Amazing! Knowlegeable, friendly and polite a truly rare combination. Totally impressed with his customer service and I don't say that often. Highly recommend Tim Wilkins...find HIM if you need anything🙂tell him Cindy sent you😉
