If you are a first time buyer DO NOT go here, we were so excited about buying a travel trailer and we walked in to the parking lot and toured ourselves, no prices or details anywhere, and noone came out to ask us if we needed help as first time buyers we thought this was the norm. So we went in and chatted with an older gentlemen he was not super helpful but again at the time we had no idea this was not the experience we should be having. We decided not to give up hope and went to fraser RV in Abbotsford and wow night and day difference!! We got a tour and prices and details were on each unit for us to look at the lady showed us how things worked and explained everything about the trailers to us. And we are bringing home our new trailer today!!

We just bought a 26 foot Flagstaff Micro-Lite and the service from beginning to end was A, 100% the best. The travel trailer is awesome and all the staff were awesome. I would recommend this as the best place to get your next Rv.

After recenntly having my concerns dismissed and my intelligence questioned I will never come back here. Customer service is not their strong suit. And they're more interested in selling you a new unit than they are in fixing your old one.

We bought an rv from them. The delamination that was on it, they fixed as part of the price. They through a few extras in at no extra cost. Plus we got the rv for a really good deal. Found the same one on a US site for $2000.00 more and that’s American. I will NEVER go anywhere else for an rv or service. This is The kind of service you dream of and never find. It was more then we could have expected. All I can say is WOW!!!
