JP is a great salesman! Personally I never leave reviews but this guy deserves some notice. He was knowledgeable, intelligent, which are only surpassed by his shining customer service. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I had a great experience at O’Connor RV when I recently purchased my first travel trailer. The customer service rep I dealt with, Kevin, was friendly and responsive to my questions. He helped me identify a trailer layout that worked for my needs and did not waste my time. Kevin had a positive attitude and was not pressuring.

Our house had sold and we were faced with an earlier move than we expected. We decided to buy an RV and decided to look at O'Connor to see what was available. Kevin was awesome from the beginning. He didn't pressure us and talked us through our options and then showed us a couple of units that fitted our budget. He was patient while we made up our minds and then made sure the deal went through smoothly. Pete and the management team went above and beyond to make things happen in time for us to meet our moving deadline. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone we contacted and they were all very helpful. I definitely recommend them to anyone buying a new or used RV. Now we're off to live in it full time for a few years and do the travelling we wanted to do when we were 50 years younger.

My experience at O'Connor RV was a pleasant surprise. My salesperson, Tammi, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She educated me on the Outdoors RV and found me exactly what I was looking for - not only in layout but also in functionality. Thank you O'Connor RV!!

I recommend avoiding this place. From my experience, it’s all about the money and nothing to do with costumer satisfaction. My camper is not safe and it’s this company’s fault. They told the manufacturer to not put steps on the camper and then charged us $500 to put on unsafe steps. I feel going down the steps since they were not safe at all!!! Now to put on the steps that were supposed to come with the camper, they want another $1500! I have tried to talk to people at this company and I have waited more than a month for a call back. I have never had such horrible costumer service in my life! Please, please, please do yourself a favour and avoid this place. They solely want your money and do not care about you, your safety, or your happiness at all!!!!
