I'm an old school guy that treats others like the way I like to be treated and the respect and honesty that I felt was unlike most place but following the good recommendation of my friends as make sure I went here and meet John and his doughter swayed me in happily to deal with them my circumstances are unique and at first I was a little reluctant to explain but John assured me we can work thing I am looking forward to Tuesday and I know all will go well thanks again team you have made a long term costumer see you soon

Excellent customer service, very happy with my new to me f150 I bought and John came in on Sunday Oct 20 to make the deal as it was the only time I could come over to see the truck. If you want to deal Old School with an honest dealership then this is the place to go! Thanks again John for your service and good sense of humour!

Very disappointed with the vehicle we purchased from here. We asked very specific questions regarding any work that would need to be done on the truck right away, and we were reassured that everything was really well maintained and the truck would be fine for a while. The truck was out of our price range and was bigger than we wanted but we went with what the expert said and took it home. We now have a $2000 bill from our (very reasonably priced) mechanic, because, among other things, the truck needs new ball joints and new brakes. Keep in mind that this mechanic did a repair on our old vehicle for one eighth of the price quoted by the dealership.... Anyways. If we had known we would have to pay two thousand more dollars in repairs we would have gotten something in that price range that would have been newer and hopefully in better shape. I've also spent a couple of hundred dollars trying to get the interior in shape, but can't get the smell of smoke out no matter how hard I try. I'm just not a fan of being outright lied to for a sale. I've read the responses from the company that have been posted under other negative reviews and I will say this- this review is completely true. Our mechanic does not inflate prices. And there's nothing that can be done to fix it since we are moving away in two weeks. I'm very saddened and disappointed but I guess that's what is expected from buying a used car.

Bought a wee truck for going fishing at the weekends and a bit of camping over the summer back in June. $6k for a 20 year old truck which has caused me nothing but problems due to the list of fixes their mechanic missed. Missed broken tie rods (they get 2 stars because they fixed that and gave me a courtesy car but refused to touch anything else after that), rotten ball joints, hyper extended shocks, cracked and rusted rear brake drums, broken distributor assembly. I'm now $3.5k down and the truck has been in the garage at least twice a month every month and I've had to have it towed twice and that's just getting the engine to run. I've still got another $2k to spend on replacing all the shocks and leafs. If you're going to buy from these guys take the vehicle for an inspection somewhere else first. John and Mike are good guys but they're let down by their mechanic.
