Very helpful and knowledgeable stops. Doing their best with the ICBC monopoly we have in BC. now with private insurance options.

I went here, trying to purchase my aunties car, who is going blind due to diabetes complications and can no longer drive. Understandably, her signatures aren't the best. This location refused to help me, saying the signatures looked forged, and told me to go somewhere else. I understand they have to cover their own backs because of fraudulent sales, etc, but when I tried to explain my situation and ask what my options were, the dismissive way I was treated was profoundly aggravating. There is no excuse for my experience at this location.

Lately they have been rude and snippy. Decided to go to Johnston mier they are alot nicer and helpful.

They're the best at showing you matter and your best intrests are priority. I wouldn't go anywhere else it's been at least ten years and even a pandemic couldn't change where I take all my insurance needs. Staff is caring and sincere. Thank you for the wondrrful service and support.🙌💖

Best place to do your insurance. Most knowledgeable staff that I've ever encountered in the insurance business. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you for the excellent service every time.
