Good insurance rates if you are a member. Claims are handled quickly, should you have one. Staff knowledgeable. Good locations. Unfortunately, wait times have increased over the years, but quality of service has increased. Have been a member here over 20 years. Yes, a 5 star business.

Was on hold for 2 hrs and 8 minutes, after my truck broke down. I ended up hanging up and calling someone else for help. Useless waste of money.
