Very incompetent staff. Can’t even send out a email regarding a purchase order. Order was declined over a week ago, and wasn’t even notified. Need a book for class and they gave zero updates. DO YOUR JOBS PROPERLY. STUDENTS NEED THESE BOOKS.
Great selection of supplies. One of the few stores I have been able to get left handed pens and scissors. But it is a college bookstore so most things are more expensive than staples. There always seems to be a line up during peak times.
Would be nice to see more staff & cashiers available during peak times.
Service and selection is impeccable.
Friendly service and helpful staff. If you're looking to buy pens, look elsewhere though. The pens here are expensive and mostly rubbish.
It is useful most of the time, just the prices cost an arm and leg.
