Everything you wanted to know about the car or the costs was thoroughly explained and then some. Bill lived up to all the wonderful reviews on here! Being new to the area, there was so much we needed to figure out, and Bill gave us the best advice at every step. At first, we didn't buy a car because we were overwhelmed with the details, but Bill wasn't pushy at all when we decided to think on it more. We came back a week or so later, and he sold us a beauty! It drives great and we are really happy to have our own set of wheels. Bill takes pride in his work and knows the cars in the lot inside and out. He is transparent, generous and so helpful. We will definitely be back when it's time for a 2nd car!
