Never more happy! Great sales staff, not pushy and totally transparent. Some dealerships offer a higher trade in and discount the vehicle less to make it seem like you’re getting a good deal. These guys actually discount the vehicle and tell you the real price for the trade in - this lets you sell your old vehicle privately if you don’t like the figure they give you.

Had a great experience buying a Santa Fe from Shawn at DND! He did a great job showing the car, he answered all my questions, and took care of all of my concerns. Just really impressed all around! This was the first time I've bought a car with a monthly payment so Edgar walked me through the financing process and worked with me to get it within my budget. The team is really friendly and loves to joke around. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to shop at DND and call Shawn!

My boyfriend’s van broke down and he needed a car so he can get to work. It was a messy situation. Had to get the tow truck come. Anyway. Looked up open dealerships and it showed Absolute as open. Found a car in their inventory that would be perfect. Called that number at like 6:30 at night. The guy who picked up, I’m assuming the owner, said that they’re actually closed but could have someone call me and see what they can do. Got a call from DND Auto Sales (will do a cross-review) and Shawn (amazing guy!) was so helpful, he was willing to wait for us to get there, even started the paperwork ahead of time. He even figured out the insurance process and had an insurance agent come in to do the transfer (another gentleman who came even after he was off work). I can’t see any other used car dealership doing this kind of service. The whole process literally took just half an hour. We did buy the car with a credit card so that made things go faster. Service was just so friendly and efficient. We got a 2007 Ford Focus. It has a few things that needs fixing but nothing major and our fault for not really looking at it thoroughly but for the price is was decent. I can only hope the car is as good as the service!! Thank you!
