I recently purchased a Buick from this dealership. the car runs fine. thing is my handler (Amit) didn't present himself as an agent of this company. I found this car on Craigslist and was lead to believe that I was buying this vehicle from a private owner. it was only while we conducted the ownership transfer when he asked for the tax fee. Just like that, out of the blue he drained my wallet for an extra 12%. Me and him texted the day before, and spent 2 hours testing the vehicle from every angle, and never once did he mentioned anything about him being a car dealer. I think he should have started off with that. I told him later that he should definitely work on his communication abilities. He responded by saying that he speaks 6 languages. so clearly he didn't understand what I was saying. This guy made me feel very uncomfortable, he was irritated and aggressive. I would recommend to stay away from this company. I wouldn't be surprised if the car I bought was involved in a hit and run, seems only logical why they would sell it for so chip. Happy to identify.
