5 star rating for the service department. I have been to this dealership many times now and I always had pretty good experience. I would specially like to thank the service manager, Alex and also, Sinan, who works in service department. Both of them provide exceptional customer service and are very down to earth. They way they deal with the customers is above and beyond than being just good. The only thing I do not like about this dealership is that they do not provide a courtesy car when I have to leave my car at the dealership. I have already spoken to their customer service department about it. I hope the next time I go to them, they are able to able to give me a courtesy car. They used to have a shuttle service for pick up and drop but they stopped it obviously because of pandemic.

Awesome customer service.. our sales person, Nitish was great, very courteous and patient.. All my questions were answered all the concerns addressed.. Definitely would recommend this dealership if you’re looking to buy a vehicle..

Great team here. Recently moved to Surrey, Cost of gas was way too expensive to maintain my BMW. Went in on a sunday after seeing them post a Tesla Model 3 for sale. Went in for just an inquiry, left with a basically brand new Tesla Model 3. I came in with a set bi-weekly budget. They beat it by 15-20%. Finance team was amazing, quick, easy and simple to get done. Insurance team there was also great. Thanks Varinder and team.

After looking at a few other places, putting my deposit down at one, and leaving due to feeling pressured... I ended coming to Applewood Nissan to look at what they had to offer. I ended up purchasing my first new car. I am very pleased with the whole process from the sales team with Jas and Harry, to financing with Roman down to the final insurance paperwork. I came in nearing the end of the day, a little disgruntled from prior engagements, and was greeting warmly. After learning and picking which car I wanted, I was shown every model in the lineup and all the different features thoroughly explained. All my questions were answered, I was encouraged to test drive multiple cars and models to really get a good feel of what I want which really helped, and still I felt no pressure whatsoever.. after signing the papers I was to come back to pick up the car the next day. After going home and discussing things over with family, I ended up changing my mind on some options. The next morning I came in wanting to change to a different color both inside and outside and I decided I wanted a couple of accessories as well. Without hesitation, Roman quickly redid the paperwork, repeated the process of explaining and signing papers, and the team got the new car ready. I left confidant with my decision to Purchase the car/options chosen, knowing how to use it and all it’s functions. I highly recommend the team at Applewood if you are looking to purchase a Nissan. I found the team was honest, attentive, accommodating, informative, and very fair. They helped me pick my car and price it right. I added on the warranty and service packages and will be getting service here for years to come. Based on my experience so far I’m glad that I’ll be coming to get my car serviced at a place I can trust and Have things explained and get honest answers.
