OpenRoad Toyota Peace Arch

We continue to be impressed by Peace Arch Toyota! We just purchased our second car from them and are once again incredibly satisfied by how they go above and beyond. Thank you to Scott, Brent and the team for making things clear, easy and enjoyable. We also were very impressed with Shawn and his patience and expertise going through the vehicle features with us upon delivery. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them.

Very unsatisfied at the level of service that I received Peace Arch Toyota. Today I called Peace Arch Toyota and asked if I could bring my Lexus in for repair. I was told that they do repair Lexus at Peace Arch Toyota. I had already had a friend scope my vehicle so I informed the service associate of the issue. I offered to show the associate (Mike) a picture I had taken of the scope results. He said he didn't need to see it and that there would be a $139 diagnostic fee. I was fine with the fee because I was under the impression that they were going to fix the issue. After telling me exactly what I already knew, from the scope I already had performed, Mike told me that they couldn't fix the issue and I would need to bring my car to a Lexus dealership. Maybe Mike should have just told me would be a $161.32 fee for a referral to a more competent dealership. Needless to say they will get $161.32 worth of bad publicity for wasting my time and money.

Bought a new Vehicle in 2013, had the pleasure of dealing with Leagh who is a very calm, knowledgeable, and genuine individual. He answered all my questions regarding the vehicle etc. I'm very happy with my purchase it's been over 6 years now and it running awesome. I have the confidence in my purchase knowing that it offers comfort, safety, styling, reliability and the best RESALE. My only concern at this dealership are the service department which offers pushy services that I don't need at the moment but I understand some of which I will require in the future as the vehicle ages for preventative maintenance, other than that this place is highly recommended for your future purchases!

The Service department of Peace Arch Toyota is the worst experience I've had with Car Service providers. I booked an appointment for 12:45, I received a call from my "advisor" that my car would not be ready until 14:30. I dropped back at 14:20 and saw my car in the lot, thought it was ready early, only to find out it hadn't been started yet. Previous Service appointments have been relatively prompt, however, the service reminder is often not reset, stereo station is switched, minor inconveniences. For a Customer Service provider, they seem to be more concerned with their own creature comforts and do as little as possible in the way of providing a good experience.
