Two days prior to leaving on vacation, my X-Trail started having a real problem starting, and a warning light came on to get it serviced ASAP. If this couldn't be rectified, our only vacation in this pandemic year would be severely impacted ... NOT GOOD! I phoned the service department and one of the guys, Mike, worked it out for me to bring my vehicle over immediately. They diagnosed the problem, had the necessary part in stock, and 3-1/2 hours later I was headed home with a fully functional SUV. My husband & I have been dealing with King George Nissan's service department since 2005 and we have never been disappointed with their expertise and integrity. They're dependable, skilled, and always friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

I love my Nissan car, no problems there. Servicing was good at the shop but it was a little pricey! I’m giving this location a 1 because of the spam phone calls and the physical mail, AND the emails!! No I do not want a new car!!

A great place to buy a new car. The customer service was outstanding, especially Neil, Vonn helped a lot to clear my doubts throughout the paper works. I bought Nissan Kicks 2020 from them. The overall experience was warm and pleasant. I am glad to introduce King George Nissan to more people as a happy customer.

Purchased a Nissan 2020 vehicle from King George Nissan and experienced an exceptional customer service! Bob Venus, Sales Manager was very friendly, very professional and gave a great deal for us. Genia Camplin gave us a top level customer service. Bob, Genia, Neil were very helpful and also transparent in dealings. We are very happy with our purchase.

After a not so great experience with a new car years ago, we decided to give King George Nissan another try (only because it is close). I signed their demonstration insurance contract paper after making sure that we won't receive a weekly sales call or paper waste in the mail or spam by email again. It took me forever to have them stop spamming us last time... The sales person was really nice, however, entered the car when I sat in it already. I felt super uncomfortable and my spouse didn't even enter the car. He had to have a lengthy talk with his manager, whether he was allowed to let me test drive a car without him on the backseat... Also had other sales people hanging out inside not wearing masks. I got the "we don't take Covid seriously" vibe and left. Other car dealerships have excellent Covid measures in place and would never put you at risk, if you look for a car these days.
