I had awesome experience at murray hyundai white rock, i bought hyundai sonata was a great deal. I am so impressed with the excellence of sales and service I received when purchasing my vehicle. We very recently bought a Hyundai Tucson from Murray Hyundai White Rock. Our salesman was Love Marwah, who was absolutely superb. We had very specific vehicle requirements which he was able to match perfectly after much extra work on his part. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles available, listens well and was very calm and patient while dealing with us. All of the staff at the dealership were very friendly, and we would certainly use them, and Love, again.

The wife and I purchased a 2021 kinda EV which we love. I would rate higher but we left a deposit for the EV model and was told to wait and we would be contacted but we never were. Only reason we knew it was there can I had to go looking again. Finances depart was great. The other issue we had is that after receiving the car (late Monday night) after a week of commuting to work we decided to install car seat covers and install a dash cam on the weekend there was a ton of things not done in terms of car cleanup for new customers. Still had tons of plastic all over the center console. Every seat belt had elastic bands on them from the factory still. Yellow EV sticks over the seats and rims still. Suction cups marks from where they installed the glass in the factory still and the rear driver seat has 2 small punctures in it that now we need to get replaced. Felt like they never finished prepping the car.

Each of them are incredibly friendly and make your service experience pleasant. They are completely transparent in the cost of repairs and what really needs to be serviced. In addition, they will call you before going forward with any repairs, to ensure that you are on the same page.
