All previous issues have been resolved and more. Appreciate the extra effort put in and all blame I had was intended for old management a lot has changed around there. We were unaware of a warranty we had, thankfully just before it was up we were informed and they fixed everything and more. Thank you
My son was looking for a good used vehicle and so we stopped in and talked to Paul Brent at Bannister Ford. Paul was extremely helpful and when a used truck came in on trade he even volunteered to bring it to my mechanic so we could inspect it. The truck was in great shape and we made a deal that day. I have to say this service was above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend dealing with these guys and Paul Brent in particular.
well, it was a good experience. i was taken care of very nicely. had my truck in for some electrical issues and it was all done an hour sooner than anticipated. i'll be coming back
Service was completed on time and everything about the service explained in detail by the service advisor. A courtesy shuttle driver picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Overall, excellent service
