My first time at hoskins in many years. Parts were in stock, they provided a great courtesy vehicle, when the work was complete, I understood what had been done, and my truck had been cleaned before being returned. The best experience I have had at a dealership in a long time.

I just had my 2017 F150 serviced at Hoskins yesterday. When I picked it up it was clean, had a 4L jug of windshield washer fluid inside and my invoice was explained to me from top to bottom. The Service Manger detailed the condition of all aspects of my truck and let me know what options I had moving forward. Dan and Leigh were great. Thanks for doing what you do.

On my way to Alaska my rear diff started rattling. I stopped by on an early monday and Dan, the service manager, immediately took me in and organized everything fast and precisely. Great service and very friendly. Thank you! Luis

We bought a new 2016 Fusion from a local dealership, and up until recently have been very pleased with the car and the service. Recently the car refused to sync (via Blue Tooth) with my smart phone. That issue was resolved when the "tech" disconnected the battery and we "re-synched" the phone. At the same time we noticed the L/100km reading was not reading the way it did when we first purchased the car. It turned out that the "new" readings were the correct ones, and the "old" readings were in error. After a full explanation of how the system should work we are now quite happy with everything. The folks at Ford were very patient in working to resolve this difference in understanding.
