From the first time I spoke with Glenn to my final laugh with Arlynne, I was extremely impressed with Frontier Chrysler. The service was above and beyond, they found the vehicle I wanted and brought it in. They explained everything and no question was too small for them. I will be driving back there for my services and to visit with them all again. From service to management, very satisfied, thank you!
Just spoke with Nick from the service/parts department about a part I needed, he was courteous and fast at finding the part number. He went out of his way with letting me text him a photo of the broken piece to speed up the process as it was all done over the phone. 5 out of 5 stars to Nick and the dealership. Hard to get a straight answer out of some places nowadays and that was definitely not a problem here.
Picked up a work truck that was sent down to get work done on. They parked it and it with a left rear signal light out message. Just a thought, perhaps switch it out for a customer who had to travel 7 hours to get it here and another 7 to pick it up. Least you could do was just switch out a light bulb. But ah well, will just take business elsewhere. Update: so yeah they sold me the wrong light bulb..... awesome :/
