Scott and his team at Glacier Toyota surpassed all service and sales expectations when purchasing a new vehicle. After speaking with Scott and his team, he found the right vehicle (Tundra) for me. Scott, Bryan and Raeleen were always a phone call away during the sale. After making the decision, I flew from Vancouver to Smithers to purchase the vehicle and drive it home. After the purchase, Scott and his team continued to check in on me and my vehicle. When I purchase a new Toyota in the future I will not hesitate to purchase from Glacier Toyota and make another flight. The people at Glacier Toyota are beyond professional, genuinely care about their clients/customers and set the standard for Toyota Dealerships.

Worked with Bryan in sales to purchase my new 2020 Tacoma. While unable to come down in price (!) due to shortages from COVID related manufacturing schedule, I did get the truck I wanted. He also arranged for my transportation from Terrace airport and was ready when we arrived to pick it up with all important info and details covered. Good experience overall, thanks Bryan!

Could not get a hold of anyone in service I left messages and no one returned my call.... once I did I couldn't get an appointment was told to bring my car in and hopefully it could be looked at no gaurantee. Im from out of town and told them I prefer at time slot but they could not provide one any time soon. I had to go to a Toyota dealer in order to be under warranty.

We made the drive from Terrace to Glacier Toyota today, and we don't regret that decision at all. We walked away very satisfied with the overall service we received. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were not made to wait, and we were treated with kindness from every staff member.. (Especially knowledgeable salesman Rick :)) The whole process seemed very streamlined and professional, and I would go back to this dealership in a heartbeat! Quite the opposite experience that I had with the Terrace dealership, so like I said, it's worth the 3 hour drive if you're in the surrounding area! Thanks again Toyota, you have a life long customer with me!
