I sincerely couldn't be happier. I had a bike in the shed for 15yrs collecting dust. Called another cycle shop first and was told it was sitting long enough the maintenance might cost about the same as a just getting a new entry level bike, and furthermore, stock is depleted so good luck. I wanted a second opinion and called Outbound. SUPER nice guy on the phone, said simply "just bring it in so we can have a look. who knows, might be easy, give us two weeks" I brought it in, he said wouldn't be a big deal, asked for a couple weeks, called me in just one week and the tune up would only coast $89. Amazing. Took it for a couple rides, it was great. Shifter wasn't working great so I was prepared to take it in and have the gears replaced but when I called in the dude on the phone said just WD-40 it. One short youtube vid answered some questions and boom, shift is just fine now, no charge. Love this place. 10/10 will return

Very impressed with the service at Outbound Cycle! I took my +10 year old Specialized Stump Jumper Expert in to them this week because it wouldn't select more than 3 of the 7 cogs on the rear cassette. I had tried several times to adjust the derailleur over the last couple of seasons without success and assumed the derailleur was worn-out. The guys at Outbound returned the bike within a couple of days in perfect working order. They removed and serviced the rear changer before reinstalling and resetting it plus the straightened the front chain wheel changer and serviced the handlebar gear selector. All for $45! Can't recommend them strongly enough.

I have been using Outbound for several years, for both bikes and parts.Glen and Evan are both friendly and easy going. Good advice for home repairs. A local shop that is worth checking out.

Outbound Cycle has been my go to shop for over 15 years. Nothing but positive things to say about Glen and the shop he runs. It doesn't matter if you show up to get a 2 dollar part or are looking for a new high end bike, you will be happy with the way you are treated. They have great selection and stock and will do whatever possible to get you rolling again ASAP. Not a lot of shops like this one around anymore!

Great shop.. very helpful staff..outstanding customer service. Keeped his word and held my new rocky mountain growler..
