Great travel trailer buying and service experience! Went in there just for a look and ended up buying a trailer the same day since it was a great deal. Super friendly staff without pressure. Great people.

We took our fifth wheel in to have some modifications done. Dan was great about advising us on what would work best. This of course happened as COVID-19 was first affecting all dealings this spring. Dan was very professional in practice of the necessary protocols and was able to get our unit back to us in a safe and timely manner. We have called with questions periodically while out camping and he always has taken the time to find the answers for us. I highly recommend the Traveland service department.

We found the exact model of trailer online that we wanted, so travelled from Vancouver Island to pick it up after leaving a deposit to hold it. It was hotter outside than we were used to there, so we were able to browse the accessory sales with the help of numerous staff, picking out such things as single keyed hitch locking devices. It being our first time owning a fully equipped camper it was helpful to have questions answered before we even thought of them. They also assembled our hitch to fit with the safest swaybars ( for a discount) as we had a mountainous drive home. In all, we were very impressed with the prompt service to get us on our way from the Kelowna showlot. They even let us drop off our trade in at the closest traveland RV in Langley.

From the minute you walk through the door the staff are very friendly and helpful.They went out of their way to help us purchase our first trailer.They made sure everything was in great running order. They made sure that we understood how everything worked.Highly recommend them .Keep up the great work 👍👍

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile enthusiasm and professionalism. We were offered beverages (coffee or water) and waiting a short moment for our Salesman. Angelo Is AWESOME!!! He knows his stuff and LISTENED to what we wanted. Led us to the perfect unit right off the bat. He showed us a few others but we ended up in the original one he showed us. We met with The Finance Manager Justin and John and both of them were professional and explained everything to us in detail. We felt very important and we felt that TravelLand overall is a wonderful place to deal with. We were introduced to the Service dept and they have already helped us with some issues that we had concerns with. They dealt with it quickly, professionally and had our Trailer ready to go when we wanted to pick it up. I HIGHLY recommend Travelland if you are considering An RV If there was 10 Stars to fill in I would LOL Happy Camping to us !!!!
