My husband bought a Subaru from this dealership and drove it home to SK. He was almost home when the vehicle lit up with engine lights and the transmission went. We had to safety the vehicle and it also needed some other major items. Chris at Total Image Auto was very accommodating though and offered to help us out a bit. We appreciated that as it was disappointing to have troubles so soon. In the end, we got it all fixed and we love the vehicle. We also were happy that Total Image Auto Sales helped us out.

Chris is awesome. He was patient, helpful and wouldn't even let me make a mistake on questionable credit. He even got me on the phone with the finance department to explain my situation to them and get a better idea on a rate without taking a hard hit on my credit report! 100% will recommend and tell everyone about this place. NOT to be confused with the dealership next door. Very different experience when visiting there. Thanks for the amazing experience Chris.

Bought a car off them. Was a great experience. He went out of his way to help me , give me a good deal and make the arrangements work I came from the interior to pick up the car. I would highly recommend total image auto sales. Great guy came to meet me. with the car So friendly and helpful 2 really great honest guys. Nothing like any of the other greasy lying car sales men I met in the past month trying to buy a car all over the province and west Kelowna He made sure I got home safe in a great car He even checked I made it home safe. 5 star treatment. Chris was amazing when I was buying my vehicle off him. They have amazing deals and warranty. Would definitely come back If i was interested in another car, recommended to friends and family.

Buyer Beware! Got a great deal on the Acadia we purchased and it supposesly it was serviced and in working condition. Things took a horrible turn after we took it off lot. 5 minutes after purchase the sound/stereo stopped working entirely including signal and door chimes. Just before pulling into penticton the transmission got stuck in one gear and engine lights lit up. Going 60km/h i was doing 4000rpm. Took it into the local shop and they said i should sell the car as the transmission needs to be rebuilt. They also ran the engine codes and we had a failed catlytic converter, stereo amplifier as well as a transmission rebuild with a failed TCM. The transmission cost $2100 to resolve. The stereo amplifier cost $860 to resolve. The catlytic converter cost $1400 to resolve. I was out over $4000 after i left the lot. They had no interest in helping and were forward enough to tell me the vehicle was driven personally all winter with no issues. This has been a horrible experience and we will never be dealing with this outfit again. I recommend you steer clear of this business. I forwarded the garage bills with the corresponding failed codes to Total Image to no prevail. Have the proof documented from the garages if theres any dispute to this review. Dissapointed as they came across incredibly friendly and helpful. Hope this review helps someone make their decision in the future.
