Western Financial Group Inc. - Canada's Insurance Broker

I originally started dealing with this location in west kelowna when i bought my first home in 2013 and they were amazing. Since then the service has gone downhill. I went in to inquire about a second policy for my townhome/rental property but because there was a local fire coverage was not being offered. I met with the manager and she made a file, took all my information and copies of my documents pertaining to my property and she was supposed to contact me when insurers were reinstating coverage. I never heard back. I then went into the office and dealt with one of the employees and agaun gave him all my information and he was supposed to contact my current insurer to see if they allow add-on rental properties. Never heard back. Third time I contacted them regard the same property due to it being refinanced and NEEDING coverage. I was sent a package to complete, I did so immediately and returned via email. I had communication with the employee for several days and I asked about whether the new policy would cover my tenant having clients in the home due to covid-19 etc. I was told he would contact my insurer the following morning and surprise surprise its been sept and i have yet to hear back. Will definitely be shopping for a new broker now.

They are far from a hassle free service, They are slow as molasses so you will be here for a long time. They are constantly finding some road block stopping you from getting things done. I don’t know how they make any money when It takes them 2hours just to do an out of province registration. Down right horrible experience with these guys and won’t be going back.

I called many insurance brokers on Kelowna and west Kelowna . This was the only one that gave me any customer service and actually helped me out ! Thanks

I received poor service here. The employee and manager did not do everything they could do to help me with my insurance needs.
