Sussex Insurance - West Kelowna

This agency boasts it's late hours and accessibility, but didn't bother to update their business hours on their website and so is now closed at 3pm, not 7 as advertised. Accurate information is quite important for some customers and so is probably worth investing in.

I called to put a policy on my vehicle as I wouldn’t be driving it, gave all details CC info and was told that I would receive my policy within a few hours (they were not open due to covid- understandably so). I didn’t receive my policy, I tried calling, emailing and filling out the online form and receive no response after over 24 hours if my vehicle was even insured. Thank you to Chilliwack Sussex who finally responded a day later and got my policy sorted out. My vehicle was sitting without insurance for a day because the west bank location is incompetent.

Upsetting to stand in line 15 minutes with people who don't wear masks and I'm immune deficient. Feel threatened . plus my insurance went up again. Monthly is worth more than car.gd old icbc and I have perfect record..icbc is a farce as they don't let me have comprehensive as they'd rather write it off and it's a decent car
