Waypoint Insurance

End of August I got my auto insurance over the phone. Was supposed to recieve my decal and papers in the mail. Its almost Thanksgiving, nothing. Been calling, have been patient as requested. Waypoint says it may be stolen or lost. Now I have to go file a police report, claim it as stolen, go pay an $18 to get a new decal and paperwork. I asked them to resend my paperwork at least, it will cost me another $18. I paid for a Service that hasn't been provided. I ask for help, get no solutions as when the mail leaves their hand, they're no longer responsible. This shouldn't cost me everytime I turn around. Ive heard of others not receiving there's too. I may suggest you send people's legal documents in a more secure manner to prevent this? In the mean time I've been driving around without a decal or paperwork. To provide good business would be coming up with a helpful solution.

Poor service and the older ladies are just rude win they should just be doing their job!

I recently suffered a loss claim with my business. The insurer was trying to pay alot less than my coverage was for. Janet went the extra mile to make sure that I received full and fair compensation with the insurer. Where else can you go that the brokers legitimately care about their customers? Thank you Janet.
