Krafty Bikes

Great store. Owner is great guy who is selling high quality e-bikes at a great cost. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and shows. I bought a cruiser style bike and it's been awesome. We talked about other bikes and I never felt pressured to buy. They also carry a ton of great helmets including the brand Thousand which is the only supplier in BC.I will be a returning customer and am so happy this store exists here. Check this store out, you won't be sorry .

I would not recommend Krafty bikes... my mom had bought a bike off Chris, and I really liked it, so decided to get one as well. I found it a bit big, so asked if he would consider a trade in for a different bike. He had agreed to pricing and terms, and then changed pricing options as soon as I was going to bring the bike in for a trade in, saying it would be more than what he had originally mentioned. It's a great shop, but I wasn't pleased with the lack of communication.

Krafy is my "go-to" bike shop in Vernon for e-bikes. Both sales and service are excellent. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable about all bikes on the market. Sometimes you visit bike stores and they can be a bit intimidating or judgmental but not here. You can tell his passion is to get e-bikes to the masses at a great price and great product. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking to buy an e-bike and for a friendly, neighbourhood bike shop.
