HUGE shout out to Comox Bike Co. From start to finish I had an experience that exceeded my expectations. Customer service is a really important component of sales for me and Chip (I am sure they are all wicked but he was the one who helped me) was an incredibly kind and knowledgeable human. I just moved to the valley days ago but have been hunting for a new bike for a while. I am STOKED to get this bike out in my new playground and am definitely committed to making Comox Bike Co. my shop in the valley!

Received a tuneup for $70 and they couldn't be bothered to clean the dirty rear sprocket. Was told it would cost an additional $30 to clean it, which would take 5 minutes. Purchased a tire and paid for install but when I went to ride it tire was flat. They could've put a new tube in, but I guess that might have cost them a few dollars and another 5 minutes of labour.

I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful Craig from the Comox Bike Company has been to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed to make an informed bike purchase. Comox is lucky to have this gem of a bike shop!

Stopped by today to view a bike for sale and these guys went above and beyond with their customer service!!! We ended up with a perfect used bike fir my daughter and my son's bike all fixed up and they're both thrilled. And we're not broke because the prices were fair. This is our new and permanent bike shop.
