Mark the gold guy needs to hire some staff. I understand reduced hours due to Covid, but his hours are so reduced due to other commitments, I ended up going to another pawn shop.

Mark is genuinely a down to earth guy that is easy to deal with. He gives fair prices and has a genuine rapor with his clients. If he doesn't take something in his store, he is nice enough to point me in the right direction. Honest, straightforward, and friendly what else could you ask for. If I ever needed to buy or sell, I would deal with Mark again.
