I didn’t end up having to buy a car here because mine got fixed, but I felt I could still provide a review. Mel was excellent in helping me look at cars. She was very kind, helpful, and not pushy. When my car does die I will definitely be going back to her if I choose to go with Mazda!

I just bought my first car from courtenay Mazda this week. Binas was very helpful and friendly he’s a very hard worker and I was very impressed with the service. I drove up from Victoria and they gave me a good deal on the car. They answered all of my questions and and made sure I was happy.

I had a great experience with Mike Milne and the rest of the staff at Courtenay Mazda. Chantelle was super friendly and explained my trade value when it came down to make my final decision. I really liked how transparent she was. Mike knew all about the different vehicles i was interested in and explained the benefits of one to the other. I never felt pressured or pushed when I needed time to reflect on all of what had been said. I would recommend this dealership to any my family and friends.
