Awesome no pressure sales. Love my new truck! Andy was great with the finance options. And the service team top notch. Conner went above and beyond to find what I wanted ...don't let the tattoos scare you ... he is a kitten.

Service was absolutely terrible. Brought my vehicle in for a free oil change within my one year warrantee and yes, the oil change was free, but rather than calling me regarding a complication with my service that I could have resolved for FREE when I was a block away, they charged me for an hour of labor (100$) and another half an hour of labor to clean an electrical terminal when I was quoted much less simply to diagnose the problem. Seeing as this was my last free oil change within my one year of purchasing, I will most definitely NOT be going back. I also requested a car wash seeing as my vehicle would be there for 7 hours, free for life with the purchase of a vehicle, but nope! They didn’t even adjust my tire pressures even though there’s a light on in the dash. 150$ doesn’t get you much around Christmas, these days!

Just bought a beautiful car from Connor at Galaxy Motors. He was a blast to work with to find a car we loved! Courtenay Galaxy is lucky to have him on their team. A stellar team all round! 5 stars for Connor - Galaxy Motors is definitely the place to go to buy your next car!

A big 5 stars to Kyle in shop!!! He fixed my tire in 20 mins and is always helpful with any question on my new vehicle.... would highly recommend him for any service on any vehicle....
