I'm a home based self employed mechanic, mostly i work on imports but every once in a while domestics. As much as people berate dealers you should know Brian McLean is the best dealer I've dealt with period. Their Parts dept is seriously knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Their Service dept is also fantastic. I've referred quite a few customers there for things like programming and used them myself directly. Quotes are always accurate, service is timely, and more than once they've even washed filthy vehicles probably not worth the soap! Highly recommended. Honestly if you think going to some other place will give you better service or more reasonable prices i think you'll be surprised. I should have posted a good review a long time ago

I recently bought a new Chevy Pickup from Brian McLean's. My product specialist who showed me various vehicles of interest and guided me through the process was Ryan Sykes. Ryan provided excellent service, made videos of a couple of trucks he thought would interest me and sent them via email and messenger. When I visited the dealership, Ryan was always there and ready to respond to my questions and spared no effort to ensure I found the vehicle that would best suit my requirements. No high pressure sales stuff, just down to earth honesty. Not surprising as this dealership gets my overall excellent rating. Once I found the right truck, Ryan walked me through all the steps leading to the final purchase. I would very highly recommend giving Ryan a call if interested in a GM purchase in the Comox Valley. You won't be disappointed. PS: While I was signing the papers and getting insurance, Ryan was out there hand polishing various bits and dressing the tires of my truck so it looked better than new for me to drive off the lot. 5 stars for sure.

I purchased a Silverado from Brian McLean. Karly Z was a great help and very professional. Sales Manager Mark put the details together and was a pleasure to deal with. The rest of the staff was friendly and made the buying experience a good one. Thank you all, I will happily recommend anyone I know to stop in if they are looking for a new vehicle.

We had been test driving vehicles for the past couple of days and were turned off by most of the sale representatives, - they were super pushy and really just wanted to make a sale.
