We had a scheduled seasonal tire change as well as oil change and regulate maintenance check. Service was prompt, friendly, and fast. It was discovered that I needed new wiper blades and I was called to gain permission before this extra cost was added to the service. When I picked up the vehicle the results of the maintenance check were thoroughly reviewed. I will definitely continue using this business.

Courtenay KIA service is one of the best. Everyone one in the service department made sure we got in and out after an oil change with minimal down time. This is really helpful because we drive from Campbell River to Courtenay for our service, that includes all of our oil changes. So I give Courtenay KIA service department a big 2 thumbs up. 👍👍
