I can't believe how many ridiculous complaints there are here!! My dealings with Tyee were excellent! They were professional, helpful, and personally, I happened to appreciate a candid and blunt business style. They told me what I didn't want and why, and assisted me in getting what I really wanted. I suppose if you're sensitive and think the world owes you something you might complain, but I personally really appreciated their no nonsense approach.
