Best dealership experience ever! I am from out of town and called this location on a whim when I was experiencing trouble with my vehicle. Chris was so friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and said he was fully booked the next few days but if I was willing to drop my car off the following morning he would get to it when he could. My car was done within 3 hours and he even washed it for me. Every interaction I had from beginning to end was friendly and positive. They even followed up a couple days later to make sure my vehicle was good and that I was satisfied. Especially as a female it can be daunting having to deal with anything auto related but this was by far my best experience. Would even consider purchasing my next vehicle from them as they really set the bar high. Wonderful staff and customer service.

Excellent and honest dealership. 4 years ago I purchased an suv from Comox Valley Dodge. Fast forward to current, I went to trade it in and found out it had $19k worth of undisclosed damages that were unknown to them and myself at the time of purchase. The general manager Carson Grant was amazing, making sure to give a fair trade in price. He went above and beyond to find us the perfect vehicle our family needed, to get us great financing rates and had the vehicle brought to us from Alberta in a timely manner. Great staff and great service, definitely recommend Comox Valley Dodge to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle

Just bought a Ram truck from out of town. My first contact with local dealership was very positive dealing with parts chap. Emergency brake handle broken. Determined it was going to cost me $50.00 for part. Even Parts guy was shocked. I made subsequent contact for appt to have it installed. When I arrived Service rep said it would be super quick and very little labor. A bit of relief considering what I was paying for a handle. I waited for vehicle, longer than I thought. When mech arrived it was determined that it was going to cost $100.00 for labor. $161.00 to replace an emergency brake handle. Not super quick and not super cheap. Not a great introduction to what was going to be a good connection. Just an aside: I notice the owner only answers the positive reviews. Do the negatives even get read.

Edit: I've bought two used vehicles here. This dealership and service centre have gone well above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is in the best condition, even at significant cost to them, and never any quibble about the warranty. If you're going to buy a car it needs to be here!
