Sussex Insurance - Ryan Rd

Found myself in a difficult situation that was out of the ordinary. Luckily I happen to have a lovely competent young lady helping me. I was pleased and satisfied with the service and left feeling cared for! I will always take my business to the people at Sussex. I would especially like to thank Sorcha, she was a pleasure do deal with and I would be lucky to deal with her again.

Sorcha was a very helpful. She was kind and motivated to answer all my questions. I really appreciated her help and look forward to doing my business there in the future. Also, the hours are super convenient and the other staff looked friendly also.

Above and beyond. I have had my auto insurance through this branch for years. Their customer service has always been friendly , honest and helpful. But when I found myself pulled over on the side of the highway for having failed to / forgotten to, renew my insurance I was in total panic. The officer explained that I might be able to renew it over the phone but if not my car would have to be towed. I called immediately and was blessed to have a kind friendly woman help me through the process. She walked me through the whole process of how to file on line to renew. When I called back to see if she recieved the form she immediately pulled it up and stayed on the phone with me while I finished the paper work via email. So kind, so understanding of my anxiety. It was a matter of minutes before I was able to be on my way. Forever grateful for seeing me through a very scarey situation. Thank you Gail

Absolutely horrible customer service. when i called to try and renew my insurance they simply told me "too bad" you have to wait. The next day i called Waypoint and they literally renewed it over the phone. The guy on the phone from Sussex was laughing at my situation rather than trying to provide any help! absolute joke, will never deal with these clowns again
