If you like your credit rating dont use these guys. Found cheaper... and they sent threats if I didnt send them letter.. Dont use this company... charge more and if you find cheaper insurance company the next time they send you threatening message that if you dont send them a letter that you ain't using them the next year ..... and send notice to collections that you didnt pay for another year and rune your #rating if you dont send letter you changed companies Is that good CUSTOMER service..... #nope had it with rude threatening messages

i couldn't get past my initial phone call before I had to back away. The girl answering the Nanaimo office was so slow, unsure, didn't know what to ask, hesitating for so long over the most basic question I had to hang up. Finally got past the automated attendant at Courtenay office to a real person who right away read off a legal document asking me to grant consent for a credit check. When I questioned why on earth they needed that as I had never been asked in 25 yrs of home ownership for this she insisted that they would never use any info gathered against my request for coverage. I told her that if I gave consent then I had no grounds to challenge them if they did use something (and I have great credit) against me. I finally gave up trying to get a quote from this company and hung up yet again in disbelief.

Well. Where can I start. We went there to inquire about auto insurance and we are used to a more vast selection of insurance providers, there was one lady actually laughing at us behind her desk at the normal questions my fiance was asking the lady so my fiance piped up and said loudly "what the heck is she laughing at" also, the amount of money you have to pay here is obsered to change over everything from one province to the next. I have never lived in a place so horrible and to have so many horrible people as BC. I would not step foot into this insurance provider ever again just because of how absolutely rude the people are here.
