I went into HUB a bit on edge because I don't know very much about insurance so I was intimidated but as soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a sweet young lady name Chelsey. Soon after I was taken care of by the Manager herself, Danell! She was SO knowledgeable and was able to answer every single insurance question I had and I was so grateful to have met her. It is obvious that they have a really good team there led by such an incredible woman. I can NOT recommend this place enough for your insurance needs.

Purchasing a home. Have one business week to complete remaining purchase conditions, including insurance. Called for a quote. They could not provide a quote within a week because THEY ONLY HAVE ONE PERSON WORKING ON QUOTES during busy season. Are you kidding me!!!! If they cannot anticipate their manpower requirements during the high season then it leads me to believe their admin management skills are a little "off".

I used to use Sussex insurance. But they were hard to get a hold of during the covid crisis. International hub went above and beyond with their service by even offering to come in and pick up the decals.
