Sussex Insurance - Cliffe Avenue

Well your staff always seem down everytime i get insurance. This isn't part of the rating, but figured i would mention this seems how you are asking me for more information. The reason why I gave you one star is because when covid hit i did the website form in the morning. Waited all morning for a phone call and nothing. You guys finally phoned 6 hours later when I was at work and couldn't take the phone call. I ended up trying to phone the next day and again nothing. Gave up on the third day and went to hub international. They not only took my call right then and there but also offered for me to come pick up the decals(still staying safe by phoning when I was there and they put it in a box outside for me to grab) Now I see a sign saying appointment only on your place. Well guess what international still going way and above and offering walk in with a safe number of people in their establishment. I shouldnt have to chase after someone to give them my money is my feeling. So I will be using international hub from now on. Thank you

They were fast and got my insurance renewed with no complications. Easy peasy
