Waypoint Insurance

They were able to get my car insurance quick and easy. But I needed renters insurance , and was directed to a lady Rita. Talked to her on Saturday and she said she will send me a quote. I needed my insurance by Wednesday. I tried getting ahold of her on Tuesday after long weekend and nothing. Tried again Wednesday and wasn't able to talk to her. I got an email from her by noon. I contacted another company and got my insurance in 20 mins.

Contact re my home insce policy,poor. . Phoned numerous times, with no response. Went in , complained. Someone will call,...no response. Wanted to pay my policy thru their email setup. Would cost me $42.51 service charge. Went back in to pay, and complain.. sorry no one with that responsibility here.. I had to phone. What bs..

Service as always was very good.they such nice staff.

Limited entry as per social distancing and limited number of clients. More work for the staff but they were very considerate and friendly. Online or phone in service is an option too!

Really friendly and professionnal. The lady that helped me stayed calm and she proposed good solutions to insure my truck even tho it was a shock for me to pay as much money for insurance.
