Dealing with sales rep was awesome. Easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Second time dealing with Corrina and highly recommend her. RV service dept. could do a bit better job at explaining features of a new RV. We found a few things we didn’t know how to work with but figured them out. Vehicle service dept. we found did a bad job of keeping us informed about timeframe for our work. We were booked in for around 1:00 PM and sat waiting until 4:15 to finally get the work done. No one came to us to explain they were running behind or offer us a drink. No contact. Corrina finally went back and got our vehicle for us.
