Truly professional and they look after you beyond the sales personnel. Outstanding and so far above every other rv dealer. A worry free and pleasure owning a Four Season product.

They only cater to people with big budgets. I have a few hiccups on my bureau and had a meager budget of 10k. They started sending me pics of units that where double my budget. They wouldn't return my calls,mssgs or texts to the Sales dept or Finance. I get that I have ONE issue on my bureau but there was no need to treat me like a 3rd world customer. I had to chase them for answers about my credit app. When I found out it didn't go thru they cut all ties even though I wanted to try and work thru it. I had to call them numerous times to get an answer. Now you think they would have treated me like that if I had a 100k to spend on a unit....DOUBT IT....Place left me feeling like a bum...Thanks guys !!!

Chad has been excellent to deal with - finding something in our price point and details we are looking for. We’re very happy with their willingness to trade in our camper and for a good value on it. Four seasons is a trusted company and does well to their customers.

I won't lie, things started off rocky and went from bad to worse for us real fast, this being said once the sales manager was made aware of what was happening he did everything he could to improve our experience and make up for how things started. if your experience is less than desirable just make sure to get the right people involved they don't always know everything that is happening with all customers. special thanks to Chad for making it right and to Reg for doing an awesome job on the walk through.
