ICBC is what it is. For customer service in office is great but the amount of paperwork you have to bring with you and they give is such a waste of natural resources than any other province.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Went in there 3 separate times, 3 days in a row and every time I was told to come back with different I.D. even though I had 9 different pieces of I.D. and had brought in with me exactly what they had told me to bring in each previous time. They really need to figure out what they are talking about and get it together because right now with the ill advised, misguided intelligence this place doesn't even deserve a fragment of a star... Unfortunately in order to post a review, you have no choice but to give at least 1 star. SMH!
