SoKal Rentals - SUP’s & Electric Bikes

Had a rental scheduled for some friends that were coming in from out of town and the weather turned nasty the night b4 we were to go out. This little shop bent over backwards to make our day go smoothly offering some incredible service (that I can't post in a review and I'm sure they can't do that for everyone). All I can say is they made it possible for us to get out on the water and enjoy our day. Thanks for being AWESOME!!

Googled searched a place to rental kayaks for the afternoon and called SoKal rentals to rent Kayaks with very short notice. Staff that answered the phone was super friendly and made our request happen. When we arrived the staff was friendly and very helpful, since we have not been in kayaks in a very long time and not really knowing what we doing. They made sure we had everything we needed before we set out including a waterproof case for my phone that I had forgot. When we went out, we set out for 1 hour but since no one was booked after us they gave us their card to call if we wanted to stay out a little bit longer. When we came back in they were helpful and were cleaning the kayaks as soon as we were gone. I would highly recommend this company and I will be going back when I need my next rental :)

Excellent, friendly service and great bikes. My family went for a 3 hour ride on the rail trail and it was a fantastic day. None of us had ridden an ebike before, but with a quick bit of instruction we were off. The bikes make the ride effortless (unless you want more exercise - you can turn the e off.) 3 hours of riding later we didn't feel at all weary. Awesome ride, going to be doing that again. If you live in the area you owe it to yourself to try an ebike on the rail trail. If you are visiting from out of town, same.

Exceptionally friendly, welcoming and accommodating: provided us with helmets, a bike bag and great ideas for bike Routes. Everything was well maintained and santitized! Highly recommend this e-bike rental shop!

Fantastic customer service. Very friendly and accommodating. The electric bikes were a blast to take around to the wineries. Much better than going on a guided tour. Totally worth the money. Nuff said.
