Lake Country Cycle

Myself and my wife, along with another couple, called Lake Country Cycle about renting electric bikes. As we were in the Kelowna area on a short vacation and were looking for things to do, we only called the day before. I spoke with a staff member who checked my online booking and assured me they had 4 bikes they would put aside for us the next day. When we showed up in the morning the staff were just getting the shop open and putting the bikes out for the day. Although they had a few other customers as well, the staff took the time to make sure the bikes were fit properly, provided us with helmets, a tool bag and a detailed run down on how the bike worked. We were also given lots of information on how to access the trails nearby and information about a good place for lunch or snacks. We rode around Wood Lake and down the rail trail toward Vernon. We stopped for a swim and ice cream on the way back. We had a great day. Upon our return the staff were friendly and engaged us about how the ride had been. They made the payment easy and we were on our way quickly. We had a great experience renting from this bike shop, even though it was last minute. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We would recommend Lake Country Cycle to anyone who is looking to rent bikes in that area.

My bike developed a problem I could not fix while out on local rail trail. These folks very kindly fixed it immediately while I waited. Thank you!

Awesome Little bike shop that carries a lot of stuff and will try an fit you in and get work done as quickly as possible! Always a good place to check if other shops don't have the things you're looking for!

Great staff, affordable, knowledgeable!

My friends and I rented ebikes and were super impressed with the staff and our new awesome bikes they rented us. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend stopping by here!
