Went in there today to purchase some studded tires for my bike. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In fact they made the effort to fit the tires that I was looking to put on my rims I had at home, on a bike in the store (I had the exact same bike) to ensure that they did indeed work.

Very happy with the service I received. Flat tire, turned out I needed a new tube and tire. On short notice, the sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable...were able to put everything on the rim for me while I waited.

Very knowledgeable Staff who practice great Social Distancing protocols with their customers. Lots of new Bikes and the Service Dept. was extra helpful.

Just purchased a bike from them. With all the current shortages here in Toronto, they had the one I was looking for. Spoke with Nakoda and Ian ( If I recall correctly) both were amazing to deal with and most certainly very helpful. Bike is being shipped out and can’t wait. Thank you both for a very easy and trustworthy purchase.
