A few months ago I tasked the sales manager John with finding me a 2008 diesel jeep... well, a week later I drove away in my dream jeep! This week it had a normal wear and tear issue for it's age (but i couldn't drive it). Graham and his team got it into the shop immediately and went above and beyond to make sure i had a vehicle while they fixed it! As a nurse needing to get to work i was beyond thankful!

I have been living in the valley for 28yrs, and have purchased four vehicles from Fernie Chrysler. My latest truck was built at the dealership, by my main man Graham. I would like the thank Dave and Shawn, in particular for ensuring I walked away a very satisfied customer. Like certain other reviews on here, I will agree the service was not on par with many other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. One particular "women" in service gave some attitude, was not polite or respectful at times. I cannot speak about the entire dealership but will say that the sales guys were very polite. Other dodge dealerships have an entire team that are respectful, accommodating and service driven...they get top reviews.... and why? Best part of this bad experience, as I had the tires rotated, the next day the dash display was showing that the tire pressure were not balance to spec...unprofessional, breach of code and compromising safety!! Thank you Fernie Chrysler :(

Stopped in with my 07 Dodge Dually on route to Alberta, Dave and his team were exceptional and got me back on the road promptly. Staff were so courteous, knowledgeable and friendly, much appreciated. Thumbs up to Fernie Chrysler
